But I've certainly seen places cheaper than that (700,000) online. I'd rather not move to another flat, but if it was a bigger flat with views of the sea (and a shared pool, for example), I'd grin and bear it. Incidentally, prices per M2 in Premià are lower than here in Cerdanyola. Our flat has more than doubled in value over 5 years (though there's no guarantee that we could sell it now).
