comments/editorial policy


There is no general policy regarding posting comments to my site except that I can do what I like and my decisions are final. This is, after all, my blog. Information for people without their own blogs: go here and you can sign up for your own blog where you will have the chance to edit my comments.

As a guideline, however:

I will close and/or delete comments on a post when I feel they have gone off topic.
I will close and/or delete comments on a post when comments are simply threats or insults.
Just because you perceive some sort of insult to yourself or some right-wing holy cow of yours, that doesn't give you the right to write utter nonsense all over my lovely site.
In extreme cases of mentalism, I will go to extreme measures such as banning IP addresses.
My decision is final. I think about things before forming an opinion, so generally it will be the case that I'm right and you're wrong. If you don't like that, piss off.

The key point is: this is my blog. If you don't like that, then I can't help you… but I can delete you.
