My name's Tom Clarke. I live in the suburbs of Barcelona with my wife, Gemma, but I'm originally from Modbury, Devon in the UK. I'm content director for the English edition of a popular Spanish software website. In my free time I enjoy tapping my foot to the music of Royal Trux and Neil Michael Hagerty/The Howling Hex, the Rolling Stones, Daft Punk, David Bowie, The Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, Jonathan Richman, France Gall, Love and The Fall. I like comedy – especially Stewart Lee, Graham Linehan, Chris Morris, Bill Hicks, Will Ferrell, Judd Apatow, Reeves and Mortimer, Lenny Bruce, Neil Hamburger, and the hit TV shows Seinfeld, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. I enjoy reading poetry, popular fiction and left-wing polemic. I also enjoy all the usual things like eating, drinking red wine and sitting out on our terrace of a summer's evening.
